What is the best way to play volleyball? By playing it in a sand pit, of course!!!! This course is your chance to train on REAL SAND and learn all the awesome moves to dominate the court. Learn how to move quickly and smoothly through the sand like spiking a game-winning point! Master the skills to scoop up any ball the other team throws your way! Students will also learn how to perform simple strength and flexibility exercises to condition their bodies for volleyball and better enjoy it. We'll also have fun games and tournaments that will test your skills. This is your chance to have a BLAST learning volleyball in the coolest way possible! See you on the sand! Grades 4-9
