Feeling happy, frustrated, or maybe a little confused? It happens to all of us! This class will help you understand your emotions and how to deal with them in a fun way. Students will complete journal activities, circle groups, and a yoga class daily. The yoga practice will focus on a daily intention, which we will incorporate into our daily journaling. Yoga combines fun movement with calming stillness for both your mind and body. You'll learn to control your emotions just like a superhero, practice breathing techniques you can use anytime, and discover amazing ways to connect with your inner self! Grades 3-9
